  Steps involved in the procurement cycle, from needs assessment to contract formation.
• Methods of Procurement:
  Open tendering, restricted tendering, direct procurement, and competitive dialogue.
• Evaluation and Awarding Contracts:
  Bidding processes, evaluation criteria, and the role of procurement committees.

Contract Law and Management

• Key Contractual Elements:
  Contract formation, offer and acceptance, terms and conditions.
• Types of Procurement Contracts:
  Fixed-price contracts, cost-reimbursable contracts, and time-and-materials contracts.
• Risk Management in Contracts:

Dispute Resolution and Ethics in Procurement
