Meet The Team
ISAAC AGBA
Isaac Agba is a seasoned Accountant and Administrator with a reputation for integrity and excellence, and a Fellow of (ICAN). He began his career with Arthur Price & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Kaduna, and later served as Finance Manager at Dugaston Industries Nigeria Limited. He subsequently joined J. Green Mbadiwe and Sons Limited, where he rose to the position of General Manager. He is the CEO of Harmony Trading Company Limited and serves on the boards of several companies. Since 2013, he has been in private practice, specializing in management training and consultancy, with expertise in corporate governance, finance, performance improvement, business processes, and internal control systems. He has facilitated numerous seminars and workshops in collaboration with ICAN and other organizations. He currently serves as the Principal Consultant of Guaranty Partners, a management training and consulting firm
IFAYIN ODASHI
Ifeanyi Odashi is a Business Intelligence Strategist and Human Capital Development Consultant with over two decades of experience in training and consultancy across Africa. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Benin and an MBA in Marketing, complemented by extensive training in management and leadership. Ifeanyi has partnered with professional bodies such as the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), (NITAD), ICAN, and other reputable institutions. He has facilitated numerous training programs in areas including marketing, communication, customer service, human resources, conflict resolution, stress management, and customer satisfaction.
OLUFEMI AKINBO
Olufemi Akinbo is an experienced Learning and Development Consultant with over 30 years of expertise in human resource management and organizational training. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, a Master’s degree from the University of Ibadan, and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomosho. He has trainined employees of reputableorganisation such as Shell, Mobil, Addax Petroleum, Flour Mills, Nigerian Breweries, UNICEF, Union Bank, First Bank, Wema Bank, the Nigerian Army, LSPSSDC etc He is a member of the NIM (Chartered) and CIPM, a Fellow of (NITAD), and a member of the (ACGPN).
