Course Overview
This communication skills for law enforcement officers training course explores underpinning theories and best practices allowing the participants to put knowledge and skills into practice in a safe learning environment. Whilst identifying time, place, and opportunities to transfer learning back into the workplace. Key areas of communication such as body language, cultural considerations, influencing skills, communication in crisis situations, and presentation skills will be explored and set within the culture.

• Personal communication style using Myers Briggs Type Instrument (MBTI) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to explore the communication preferences
• Influencing and Negotiation Skills and how to achieve “win win” outcomes
• Presentation Skills – Tools and Tips when giving briefings, presenting to senior leaders, teams, and stakeholders
