Cash flow is the lifeblood of organization. While we cannot always predict the timing and values for cash inflows with absolute certainly, the timely and values of cash outflows is largely within the control of the business. This workshop is developed to teach participants, how to effectively manage cash and working capital to reduce costs, improve cash flow and appreciate the importance of the accounts payable function with other functions.
